Beetroot & Orange Smoothie
Ingredients:
• 1 medium beetroot, peeled and chopped
• 1 orange, peeled
• 1 small carrot
• 1 cup water or almond milk
• A dash of honey (optional)

Instructions:
Blend all ingredients until smooth. This vibrant smoothie not only tastes great but also provides a powerful antioxidant boost to kick-start your day.

Roasted Beetroot Chips
Ingredients:
• Beetroot, thinly sliced
• Olive oil
• Salt and pepper
