Ingredients:
πͺ 1 Β½ cups red velvet cake crumbs
π§ ΒΌ cup melted butter
π§ 16 oz cream cheese, softened
π ΒΎ cup sugar
π₯ 2 eggs
π 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
πΆ 1 tsp vanilla extract
π° 1 cup heavy cream
π ΒΌ cup sugar (for topping)
Instructions:
π₯ Preheat oven to 325Β°F (163Β°C).
πͺ Mix red velvet cake crumbs and melted butter, press into a greased 9-inch pan.
π§ Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and heavy cream until smooth.
π Fold in chopped strawberries.
π₯ Pour over crust and bake for 50-60 minutes until set.
βοΈ Cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
π Sprinkle sugar on top and caramelize with a torch.
