
Quick Greek Yogurt Flatbread
Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp olive oil (optional, for brushing)
Preparation:
In a bowl, mix flour, Greek yogurt, baking powder, and salt until a dough forms.
Divide the dough into small balls and roll each into a flat circle, about 1/4 inch thick.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and cook each flatbread for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden and cooked through.
Optional: Brush with olive oil after cooking for extra flavor.
