Slow Cooker Barbecue Ribs

 

Ingredients:

 

2 lbs pork ribs

 

1 cup barbecue sauce

 

1 tbsp brown sugar

 

1 tsp smoked paprika

 

1 tsp garlic powder

 

Salt and pepper to taste

 

Preparation:

 

Season ribs with salt, pepper, brown sugar, paprika, and garlic powder.

 

Place ribs in the slow cooker and pour barbecue sauce over them.

 

Cook on low for 6–8 hours or until tender.

 

(Optional) Broil ribs for 3–5 minutes to caramelize the sauce before serving.
