20 large fresh strawberries
8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup (60 g) powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp heavy cream
For the strawberry crunch topping:
10 Golden Oreos (or vanilla cookies)
1/2 cup (60 g) freeze-dried strawberries
2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

📌 Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the strawberries:
Wash and pat dry the strawberries.
Cut them in half and gently scoop out the center with a spoon.
2️⃣ Make the cheesecake filling:
Beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Add heavy cream and mix until fluffy.
Transfer to a piping bag and set aside.
