Ingredients
🍏 For the Jello Layers:
🥣 2 boxes (3 oz each) lime-flavored gelatin
💧 4 cups boiling water
💧 4 cups cold water
🍦 For the Cream Layer:
🥛 1 cup heavy whipping cream
🍚 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
🍼 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
🎉 For Garnishing:
🎊 Green and gold sprinkles
🍦 Whipped cream
Instructions
🔹 Prepare the Jello Layers:
• Dissolve one box of lime gelatin in 2 cups boiling water, then stir in 2 cups cold water.
• Pour the first layer into serving glasses, filling about ⅓ of each glass.
• Refrigerate for 30 minutes until set.
• Repeat with the second box of lime gelatin for the next layer, chilling between layers.
🔹 Make the Cream Layer:
• In a bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form.
• Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, then whip until stiff peaks form.
• Spread or pipe the cream layer between the green Jello layers for a striped effect.
🔹 Assemble & Decorate:
• Top each Jello cup with whipped cream.
• Sprinkle with festive green and gold sprinkles.
🔹 Chill & Serve:
• Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
