No-Bake Coconut Pecan Praline Cookies
Ingredients
– 1 ½ cups granulated sugar
– ¾ cup brown sugar
– ½ cup unsalted butter
– ½ cup whole milk
– ½ teaspoon salt
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 2 cups sweetened shredded coconut
– 2 cups chopped pecans

 

 

 

 

 

Directions
1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
2. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine granulated sugar, brown sugar, butter, milk, and salt. Stir until melted and smooth.

 

 

 

 

3. Bring the mixture to a boil and let it cook for 3 minutes, stirring frequently.
4. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract, shredded coconut, and chopped pecans. Mix well until evenly combined.
5. Using a spoon, drop portions of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
6. Let the cookies cool at room temperature until fully set, about 30-40 minutes.
