
Mocha Protein Bites
A rich, chewy bite infused with espresso and dark chocolate for the perfect protein-packed snack.
Ingredients (makes 12 bites)
– ½ cup (120 g) cottage cheese
– 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
– ¼ cup almond flour
– 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
– 1 teaspoon espresso powder
– 2 tablespoons maple syrup
– 1 tablespoon cashew butter
– ¼ cup dark chocolate chunks
Directions
1. Blend cottage cheese, maple syrup, and cashew butter.
2. Mix dry ingredients and combine with wet mixture.
3. Stir in dark chocolate chunks and roll into balls.
4. Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
