Ingredients:
2 ripe mangoes, peeled and sliced π₯
1 ball of burrata cheese (about 4 oz) π§
2 cups arugula or baby spinach πΏ
ΒΌ cup toasted almonds, sliced π°
Β½ red onion, thinly sliced π§
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil π«
1 tablespoon balsamic glaze π·
1 teaspoon honey π―

Directions:
In a large salad bowl, arrange the arugula or baby spinach as the base.
Add the sliced mangoes and thinly sliced red onions on top.
Gently tear the burrata and place it in the center of the salad.
