Low Carb Texas Toast Garlic Bread
Servings: 4

Ingredients
4 slices of low-carb thick bread
1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a small bowl, mix together the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over one side of each slice of low-carb bread.
Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the buttered side of each slice.
Place the bread slices on a baking sheet, buttered side up.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the cheese is bubbly.
