Garlic Herb Butter Shrimp

Ingredients:
1 lb (450g) shrimp, peeled and deveined
4 tbsp unsalted butter
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions:
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Prepare Shrimp: Arrange the shrimp in a single layer on a baking dish.
Make Garlic Butter Sauce:
In a small pan, melt butter and mix in olive oil.
Add minced garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and red pepper flakes (if using).
Let it simmer for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Combine: Pour the garlic butter mixture evenly over the shrimp.
Bake: Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes, or until shrimp turn pink and are fully cooked.
Garnish: Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley and lemon juice.
Serve: Serve immediately over rice, pasta, or alongside crusty bread.
