– 1 pound sea scallops, patted dry

– ½ teaspoon lemon zest
– 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

2. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and lemon zest.

3. Pat scallops dry with a paper towel, then toss them in the garlic butter mixture until evenly coated.

4. Arrange scallops in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not touching.

5. Air fry for 6-8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until scallops are opaque and slightly golden.
