Ingredients:
1 cup heavy whipping cream (or Greek yogurt for a healthier option)
2 tablespoons powdered sugar or honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup fresh strawberries, sliced
½ cup fresh mango, diced
½ cup fresh bananas, sliced
½ cup fresh blueberries
½ cup fresh grapes, halved
½ cup fresh apples, diced
¼ cup chopped almonds or cashews (optional)
2 tablespoons shredded coconut (optional)
1 tablespoon pomegranate arils (for garnish)
Directions:
Whip the cream: In a mixing bowl, whisk the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form. If using Greek yogurt, simply mix until smooth.
Prepare the fruit: Wash, peel, and chop all the fresh fruits into bite-sized pieces.
