Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup lump crab meat, drained
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions

Instructions

1. Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking or casserole dish.

2. Prepare the Mixture

  1. In a large bowl, blend the cream cheese and sour cream until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the chopped shrimp, crab meat, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Fold in half of the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.

3. Assemble the Bake

Transfer the mixture to the greased baking dish and spread it evenly.

4. Add the Topping

Sprinkle the remaining cheddar and mozzarella cheeses evenly over the top.

5. Bake

Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, golden, and bubbly.

6. Garnish & Serve

  • Let the bake cool for a few minutes.
  • Top with fresh chopped green onions.
  • Serve warm with tortilla chips, crusty bread, or your favorite dipping side.
