Ice Cream Cannoli

Ingredients:

 

6 cannoli shells (store-bought or homemade)

 

2 cups vanilla or ricotta-based ice cream

 

½ cup mini chocolate chips or chopped pistachios

 

Powdered sugar, for dusting

 

Preparation:

 

Let ice cream soften slightly, then mix in chocolate chips or pistachios.

 

Carefully fill cannoli shells with the ice cream mixture.

 

Freeze for 1 hour to firm up.

 

Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
