Low Carb Lemon Butter Baked Cod

Ingredients

4 cod fillets (about 6 ounces each)
2 tablespoons olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Place the cod fillets on the baking sheet. Drizzle them with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.

In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, lemon juice, lemon zest, and minced garlic.
