πIngredients:
– 2 cups crushed graham crackers
– 1/2 cup melted butter
– 24 oz cream cheese, softened
– 1 cup sugar
– 3 ripe bananas, mashed
– 3 eggs
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 1/2 tsp cinnamon
– Sliced bananas for topping
**Instructions:
1. Mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter and press into a greased springform pan.
2. In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add mashed bananas, eggs, vanilla, and cinnamon.
3. Pour the mixture over the crust and bake at 325Β°F for 55-60 minutes.
4. Cool, refrigerate for 4 hours, and top with sliced bananas before serving
