
Homemade Reuben Bake
Ingredients:
1 lb corned beef, sliced
1 can (14.5 oz) sauerkraut, drained
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 cup Russian or Thousand Island dressing
8 slices rye bread, cubed
2 tbsp butter, melted
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Layer the bottom of the dish with cubed rye bread. Top with slices of corned beef, sauerkraut, and shredded Swiss cheese.
Drizzle dressing over the layers and top with melted butter.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and bubbly. Serve hot and enjoy!
