🍦🌹 Raspberry Rose Ice Cream 🌹🍦
Ingredients:
2 cups 🍓 fresh or frozen raspberries
1 cup 🥛 whole milk
2 cups 🧁 heavy cream
3/4 cup 🍬 sugar
1 tsp 🌹 rose water
1 tsp 🍋 vanilla extract
1/2 tsp 🍋 lemon juice
Instructions:
In a blender, puree raspberries until smooth. Strain through a fine mesh sieve to remove seeds, if desired.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together 🥛 milk, 🧁 heavy cream, 🍬 sugar, 🌹 rose water, 🍋 vanilla extract, and 🍋 lemon juice.
Add the raspberry puree to the mixture and stir until fully combined.
Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions until it reaches a soft-serve consistency.
Transfer to an airtight container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
- Serve with fresh raspberries or rose petals for garnish, if desired.
