Classic Soft Bread Rolls

Ingredients:
500g all-purpose flour
10g instant yeast
10g salt
50g sugar
300ml warm milk
50g melted butter
Egg wash (1 beaten egg)
Sesame seeds for topping
Instructions:
Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
Add Wet Ingredients: Make a well in the center, add warm milk and melted butter.
Knead: Mix until the dough comes together, then knead on a lightly floured surface until smooth and elastic, about 10 minutes.
First Rise: Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
Shape: Knock back the dough, then divide into equal pieces. Roll each piece into a ball and arrange in a baking tray.
Second Rise: Cover the rolls and let them rise again until puffy, about 30 minutes.
Preheat Oven: Heat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
Egg Wash and Sesame Seeds: Brush the rolls with egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake: Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
Cool: Remove from oven and let cool on a wire rack.

100g dried fruits (raisins, cranberries)
50g chopped nuts (walnuts, almonds)
Instructions:
Follow the classic recipe steps 1-4.
Add Fruits and Nuts: After the first rise, knock back the dough and knead in dried fruits and nuts.
Continue with steps 5-10 of the classic recipe.
