This has been my go-to lunch for the last 4 days!

Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps are one of those delightful meals that combine comfort and convenience, perfect for those busy weeknights when you want something delicious but don’t have hours to spend in the kitchen. I first stumbled upon this recipe during a hectic week at work, and it quickly became a staple in my household. The wraps are packed with flavor, thanks to the garlic and cheese, and they’re incredibly satisfying. Plus, they’re a hit with both kids and adults, making them a great option for family dinners or casual get-togethers.
These wraps pair wonderfully with a fresh green salad or a side of roasted vegetables. If you’re in the mood for something a bit more indulgent, try serving them with some crispy sweet potato fries or a creamy coleslaw. For a refreshing touch, a simple cucumber and tomato salad with a light vinaigrette can complement the wraps beautifully.
Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps
Servings: 4

Ingredients
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
4 large flour tortillas
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the chicken strips to the skillet and season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook for 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
Reduce the heat to low and sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the chicken. Cover the skillet and let the cheese melt for about 2 minutes.
Warm the tortillas in a separate pan or microwave until pliable.
Divide the cheesy garlic chicken evenly among the tortillas. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and Parmesan cheese.
Roll up each tortilla tightly to form wraps. Serve immediately.
Variations & Tips
For a spicier version, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the chicken while cooking. You can also swap out the mozzarella for cheddar or pepper jack cheese for a different flavor profile. If you’re looking for a lighter option, use whole wheat tortillas and reduce the cheese. For added veggies, consider adding sautéed bell peppers or spinach to the wraps.
