βœ… Ingredients: 1 piece of fresh ginger (about 2 inches), peeled and grated 3 garlic cloves, crushed 2 cups of water Juice of 1/2 lemon (optional) 1 teaspoon honey (optional) --- πŸ§ͺ Instructions: 1. In a small pot, bring the water to a boil. 2. Add the grated ginger and crushed garlic. 3. Let it boil for 5–7 minutes. 4. Turn off the heat and strain the mixture. 5. Add lemon juice and honey if desired, for better taste. 6. Drink one cup warm on an empty stomach in the morning, and another before bedtime. --- ⚠️ Notes: Not recommended for people with ulcers or sensitive stomachs.
