- 1 stick (½ cup) unsalted butter, softened
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp salt
- 4 cups powdered Swerve
Instructions
1. Prepare the Chaffles
- Preheat your waffle maker.
- In a mixing bowl, blend the cream cheese, eggs, shredded mozzarella, vanilla, baking powder, Allulose, and almond flour until the batter is smooth.
