  • 6 medium shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • Fresh parsley or chives, chopped (for garnish)

1. Boil the Eggs

Place the eggs in a pot and cover with water. Bring to a gentle boil, then cover, remove from heat,
and let sit for 10โ€“12 minutes.
Transfer to an ice-water bath to cool, then peel and slice each egg in half lengthwise.
Scoop out the yolks and place them in a mixing bowl.

2. Prepare the Filling

Mash the yolks with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Mix until smooth and creamy, adding a little extra mayo if needed.
Pipe or spoon the mixture back into the egg whites.

3. Cook the Shrimp & Sausage

Heat olive oil or butter in a small skillet over medium heat.
