π« Hot Cocoa Cookies (Chocolate Marshmallow Delight)
Ingredients:
Β½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
Β½ cup brown sugar
ΒΌ cup granulated sugar
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
ΒΌ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
Β½ tsp baking soda
ΒΌ tsp salt
Β½ cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet or milk)
Β½ cup mini marshmallows (plus more for topping)
Optional: chunks of chocolate for extra gooeyness

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
3. Add the egg and vanilla extract, beat until well combined.
4. In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
5. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until a soft dough forms.
6. Fold in chocolate chips and mini marshmallows.
7. Scoop dough into balls (about 1.5 tablespoons each) and place on the prepared baking sheet.
8. Gently press a few extra marshmallows and chocolate chips on top of each cookie.
9. Bake for 9β11 minutes or until the edges are set but centers look slightly soft.

he baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
