🍓 Strawberry & White Chocolate Shaved Ice Sundae

A dreamy, pink dessert bowl made with layers of fruity shaved ice, creamy chunks, whipped cream, and topped with a strawberry Magnum bar — perfect for summer indulgence!

🍧 Ingredients:

For the Strawberry Shaved Ice Base:

1 cup milk (or condensed milk for a sweeter base)

1/2 cup heavy cream

2 tbsp sugar (adjust to taste)

1/2 cup fresh strawberries, finely chopped

1/4 cup white chocolate chips or chopped white chocolate

Optional: 2 tbsp diced mango or colorful jelly pieces for variety

Pink food coloring (optional, for vibrant color)

For Whipped Cream:

1 cup heavy whipping cream

2 tbsp powdered sugar

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

For Toppings:

1 Strawberry Magnum bar (or similar pink strawberry ice cream bar)

Freeze-dried strawberry bits or strawberry crisps

Strawberry flower cookies or sugar decorations

Small mint or herb leaves for garnish

🥣 Instructions:

Make the Ice Base:

Mix milk, cream, sugar, and optional food coloring.

Stir in chopped strawberries, white chocolate, and diced fruit/jelly.

Pour mixture into a shallow tray and freeze for at least 4–6 hours until solid.

Shave the Ice:

Once frozen, use a fork or ice shaver to scrape fine layers into a large dessert bowl.

Add Ice Cream Cubes (Optional):

You can pre-cut strawberry ice cream into cubes and place them around the shaved ice for texture contrast.

Make the Whipped Cream:

Whip the cream, sugar, and vanilla until soft peaks form. Pipe or spoon over the top of the shaved ice.

Decorate:

Place the Strawberry Magnum bar vertically into the whipped cream.

Sprinkle freeze-dried strawberry bits.

Add a strawberry cookie flower and a mint sprig for an elegant finishing touch.

✅ Tips:

Freeze the serving bowl ahead of time to keep everything chilled longer.

For a vegan version, use coconut milk and dairy-free ice cream bars.
